Join the Adirondack Birding Center on a trip to the shoreline of the St. Lawrence River and surrounding agricultural fields near Massena. The van trip will take us to raptor-rich fields and active waterfowl gathering places along this very productive river valley. We'll search for buntings, sparrows, hawks, ducks and much more during this all-day outing.

Birds normally seen at this time of year along the St. Lawrence and surrounding fields include:

Although we will be birding from the comfort of a 12-passenger van, we'll also be spending time outdoors at the various stops, so dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a bag lunch and hot beverage.

The cost is $60 per person. There is a 25% discount for Friends of the VIC. Preregistration is required by 12 March; please call 518-327-6241 to register.
