Let go of the details of daily life and discover the peace and connectivity of your unencumbered being. Enjoy yoga sessions, breath work, meditation, and unstructured time in a natural environment.
$95 registration includes:
- An outdoor yoga practice in the morning and an afternoon practice. The location will depend on the weather.
- Meditation and pranayama (breath work)
- Yoga philosophy workshop
- Ayurveda (science of life) workshop
- Free time to explore trails at the VIC. Guided walks may be available.
- Self-inquiry and exploration through observation and sharing.
- Vegetarian lunch and snacks including tea and water. Due to the retreat nature of the event, coffee will not be served but can be purchased at the VIC.
- Take home materials and massage oil sample.
